Janet Harris-Lange, President
Janet Harris-Lange is national President of the National Women Business
Owners Corporation. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Florida Atlantic University and has been a small
business owner since 1972. She is President of Agenda Dynamics, Inc., a meeting, event and association management company
located in West Palm Beach , Florida and a certified woman business enterprise with NWBOC and the State of Florida.
Janet is a past national President of the National Association of Women Business Owners; served on the Small Business
Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta ; served as delegate in 1986 and co-chaired the Florida Delegation
in 1995 for the White House Conference on Small Business. Numerous awards include the 1993 Entrepreneur of the Year Award
by Inc. Magazine and the Gillian Rudd Leadership Award in 1994. She has also been featured in many publications, on television
and radio and authored a monthly article for a women?s business magazine.

Phyllis Hill Slater, Chair
Phyllis Hill Slater is founder and president of Hill Slater, Inc, a successful engineering and architectural support firm.
Hill Slater Inc. specializes in construction management, inspection services, design drafting, and CAD services. Slater
served as national president of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and serves on many corporate and
non-profit boards. Presidential appointments include the Welfare to Work Partnership, the Small Business Regulatory
Fairness Board, and the National Women's Business Council. Phyllis has received awards from numerous business and
community organizations for her leadership and advocacy for women and minority business interests.

Phyllis Holifield, Director
Phyllis Holifield is the founder of Priddy & Holifield, PA, a CPA firm that provides practical solutions to small
and growing businesses. Phyllis is a longtime supporter of women business owners both locally and nationally. She
has been a Board member and President of the Arkansas chapter of the National Association for Women Business Owners,
and has also served on the national board for NAWBO. Phyllis has been recognized for her contribution to women business
owners when she won the U.S. Small Business Administration's "Women in Business Advocate" in 1999.

Linda C. Haneborg, Director
Linda C. Haneborg serves as senior vice president of communications/public relations for Express Personnel Services.
As corporate spokesperson for this international staffing franchisor, Linda oversees corporate communications and media
relations for nearly 600 Express franchises worldwide. Linda is a recipient of over 600 awards, both personally and on
behalf of Express Personnel Services. These include such prestigious awards as the overall Communications Award from ASA
and 26 international Mercury Awards.
A certified franchise executive (CFE), Linda serves as chair of the Public Relations committee of the American Staffing
Association (ASA) and is a member of its counterpart at the International Franchising Association (IFA). As chairman of
the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE), Linda also serves on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Labor Relations
Board and the Wall Street Journal's Opinion Leaders Research Panel. Other national involvement includes membership in
the International Women's Forum, the White House Women's Information Network, the Women's Leadership Board at the
John F. Kennedy School at Harvard University, the Board of St. Gregory's University, the Advisory Board of Women's
Franchise and Distribution Forum, and the Center for Nonprofits Board.

Tana Davis, CFO
Tana Davis is the President of Davis & Dash, an Accountancy Corporation, which provides a wide range of accounting
services to businesses. Davis & Dash services empower or clients with vital information needed to strengthen financial
stability and explore opportunities for growth. Tana is also a past president of the State of California National
Association of Women Business Owners, an association of the eight local chapters in California, and past president
of NAWBO-Los Angeles chapter.

Barbara Kasoff, Secretary
Barbara Kasoff is President and Co-Founder of Women Impacting Public Policy, and Vice President and Co-Founder of GrassRoots Impact, Inc. a public policy strategies firm. Women Impacting Public Policy, Inc., is a non-profit, public policy advocacy organization that advocates on behalf of women in business on economic issues. Her efforts to unite various organizations, has enabled small business owners to share information with each other, learn from one another, and become better informed in economic and political issues. Barbara has been a business owner for 20 years, and has successfully sold 3 of her five companies. Prior to becoming a business owner, Barbara previously served as a Senior VP of Research and Software Development for World Computer Corporation.
