BWE provides outreach business services including consulting, counseling, and workshops on how to do business with the
government. BWE is also a source for procurement opportunities and trade mission with Euro American Women's Council (EAWC).

National Women's Business Council (NWBC)
The National Women's Business Council is a bi-partisan federal advisory council created to serve as an independent source
of advice and policy recommendations to the President, Congress, and the U.S. Small Business Administration on economic
issues of importance to women business owners. The Council's mission is to promote bold initiatives, policies and programs
designed to support women's business enterprises at all stages of development in the public and private sector
marketplaces -- from start-up to success to significance.

World Association for Women Entrepreneurs (aka Le Femme de Chefs de Enterprise Mondiales, FCEM)
FECM is a worldwide network of women entrepreneurs, formed to promote and reinforce women's entrepreneurial initiative
in every country. FCEM is a pioneer association that unites women from around the world. FCEM was founded in France in
1945, after WWII and months prior to the United Nations being founded. It grew quickly and continues today.
